Grace Allen is a Registered Kinesiologist, Pilates instructor, and certified Soft Tissue Release practitioner with a lifelong passion for movement and wellness. As a former national-level gymnast with over 14 years of coaching experience, Grace also has a diverse athletic background in track, volleyball, soccer, and dance. She currently coaches gymnastics with the Canadian Sport School and is a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. Grace specialises in injury prevention and rehabilitation, sport-specific training, and performance development. She has worked extensively with youth, adults, and older populations, guiding each individual to build confidence, resilience, and body awareness through movement. Her approach is evidence-based yet creative and adaptable, encouraging play and fun while supporting clients in achieving their individualised goals - whether they’re an athlete chasing new heights, or someone simply looking to integrate more movement into their daily life. At the heart of her practice, Grace believes movement extends beyond the physical—it also supports emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. She is grateful for the opportunity to connect with her community. She strives to help others discover their strength, the potential that already exists within them, and develop a lifelong connection to movement as a tool for overall health and fulfilment.
