The clinic is located at 860 View street, suite 102, between Quadra and Blandshard streets. 

The suite 102 has direct street access and is on the right side of the building main entry.

The View street parkade is located at 250m from the clinic and has an hour free parking.

You can also park in the street, a parking meter is located just in front of the clinic or you can use the application ParkVictoria on your phone. 

Yes. The clinic has direct street access with two steps and hand railings on both sides. There are an additional two steps inside the clinic leading to the treatment room. Stairs with hand railing also provide access to the upper level. If you have any special access needs, please contact us in advance and we will be happy to assist.

Short answer: Not usually — as a small team without dedicated administrative staff, insurance billing can take quite a bit of time.

Long answer: We don’t offer direct billing because we don’t have administrative staff and prefer to spend our time where it matters most—taking care of you. Sending you an invoice is simpler and helps us stay focused on improving your health. That said, if you’re unable to advance the funds and you have an insurer, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help arrange the billing with them.

Like most clinics, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. If you know you won’t be able to make it, please let us know as soon as possible—this gives us a better chance to offer the appointment to someone else and helps you avoid a charge.

When it comes to your health, describing pain and symptoms is often easier in your native language. Our practitioners are happy to communicate in English, French, Spanish, and Filipino. Please check each practitioner’s bio to see which languages they speak.
